LaSalle County Records Fees
- Incident Reports: No charge for the first 50 pages; Must include self-addressed stamped return envelope.
- Accident Reports: Reports from 2010 through December 31, 2016 are available through the LexisNexis Buy Crash website. Reports from January 1, 2017 to present are available from the Crashdocs website.
- Accident Reports With Reconstruction (In accordance with the Illinois Criminal and Vehicle Handbook: Chapter 5/11 - 416): $20
- Subpoena: Requesting copies of a complete file - the fee will be split as follows: $20 for the first 15 pages; $1 for each additional page
- DVD's of Photos of Camera Footage: $5 per DVD (this includes DVD, postage and padded envelope) must be prepaid before DVD's are made and mailed.
- FOIA: Requests for sheriff records, accidents, or incidents
