LaSalle County Health Department is now offering the Moderna Fall 2023 COVID vaccine by appointment only to those 6 months of age and older.  To schedule an appointment, please click the link below to select your date and time.

Here's what we know:

• Medicare Part B and Medicaid will cover the Fall 2023 COVID vaccine
• Not all private health insurances will cover the Fall 2023 COVID vaccine so if you are wanting to get it, you need to contact your health insurance to see if they will cover the new Fall 2023 COVID vaccine
• LaSalle County Health Department is participating in the IDPH Bridge Access Program
